Sean Charland

President & CEO

Mr. Charland has worked for over 15 years in capital markets & resource exploration. His experience is focused on raising capital, mergers & acquisitions, marketing public resources companies and managing diverse teams. Most recently is a director of Alpha Lithium, which was recently acquired for over $300M. Mr. Charland leads as CEO for both Eagle Bay Resources and Zimtu Capital, and serves as a director at Maple Gold Mines and Core Assets Corp.

Chris Grove

Director

Christopher Grove has significant contacts within the financial communities in North America and Europe, and considerable experience with publicly traded companies. Mr. Grove is also President of Commerce Resources Corp., an exploration and development company with a particular focus on deposits of rare earth elements and rare metals.

Kevin Bottomley

Director

Mr. Kevin Bottomley is an accomplished capital markets advisor with a key focus on public venture capital. He is the founder of Corvidian Capital Inc. and is the CEO of King’s Bay Resources Corp. Kevin has been instrumental in raising over $100M for early to mid stage ventures and has a strong network of global investors spanning from North America to Europe & Asia. Kevin also serves as a Director to Genix Pharmaceuticals Corp.

Jody Bellefleur

CFO

Ms. Jody Bellefleur has been Chief Financial Officer of Zimtu Capital Corp. since 2013. She is responsible for all aspects of regulatory financial reporting including the preparation of quarterly financial statements, management discussion and analysis reports, the coordination of annual audits, and government tax and regulatory reporting. Ms. Bellefleur is a CPA,CGA with over 20 years’ experience as a corporate accountant. Early in her career, she was the Controller of a private manufacturing company, where she learned valuable skills necessary to run a successful business. Ms. Bellefleur is responsible for the financial reporting of multiple equity holdings of Zimtu Capital Corp., and acts as CFO for many of them.

Colton Griffith

Marketing Manager

Colton Griffith is the lead of Zimtu Capital‘s marketing efforts, including the revamped ZimtuADVANTAGE program. A graduate in Bio-Psychology from the University of VIctoria, Colton translated his interest in human behavior psychology into a passion for digital marketing. Prior to joining Zimtu, he’s worked on digital marketing projects with major European soccer teams, golf equipment manufacturers, lawyers, restaurants, and more.

His expertise spans social media content creation, email marketing campaigns, SEO, and analytics. At Zimtu Capital, Daire plays a key role in crafting engaging content that resonates with audiences across multiple platforms, and drives brand awareness.
