An investment in Zimtu Capital provides a way for investors to participate in, and profit from, the public company building process. Zimtu utilizes its capital to create and grow exploration companies and provides technical, governance and capital expertise to maximize their full potential.
The Zimtu investment process includes three primary stages:
1) Identification:
Finding and evaluating new mineral property investment opportunities is a big part of what we do. Combining these opportunities with the best possible management team is the first stage in the process.
2) Financing:
A sound business and marketing plan is developed and strategic partners are established -- at this point Zimtu will capitalize the company to ensure that it can execute on its business objectives.
3) Business Plan Execution:
The company will begin to meet and exceed the milestones set out in its business plan and deliver on its objectives.
In a typical investment, Zimtu deploys its capital to acquire resource assets, forms a dedicated management team, and builds value by successfully moving the company through the public listing process.
Our job is to mitigate risk in the otherwise high-risk sector of mineral exploration investments. The Zimtu team has the experience and provides all of the resources, contacts and expert assistance required to successfully transition assets to the public markets. Further, by focusing on early-stage investment opportunities, through compelling entry prices, investment risk is reduced.
